Return and Refund Policy for FlynextTrip

1.2 Customers must submit refund requests through our designated support channels with all required documentation.

1.3 Refunds will be processed based on the service provider’s policies. Processing time is subject to the airline, hotel, or provider and may vary significantly.

1.4 Most of our tickets are non-refundable. For refundable tickets, refund eligibility and terms will be clearly mentioned before purchase.


2. Refund Policy by Product

2.1 Flight Tickets

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for flight tickets depend on the airline’s cancellation and refund policies. Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of involuntary cancellations (e.g., flight cancellations by the airline). Refund eligibility will be communicated before purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refund processing time depends on the airline and may take up to several weeks.
  • Cancellation Fee: Airlines may charge a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

2.2 Hotel Bookings

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for hotel bookings depend on the cancellation policy of the hotel. Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for refunds, and this will be clearly mentioned before purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are subject to the hotel’s policy and may take an extended period for processing.
  • Cancellation Fee: Any cancellation fee imposed by the hotel will be deducted from the refunded amount.

2.3 Tour Packages

  • Refund Eligibility: Cancellations and refunds for tour packages must be requested at least 14 days prior to the start date. Refund eligibility depends on the policies of the service providers included in the package.
  • Processing Time: Processing time is subject to the service provider and may vary significantly.
  • Cancellation Fee: Service providers may charge cancellation fees, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

2.4 Multi-City Air Tickets

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for multi-city air tickets are subject to airline-specific policies for each leg of the journey. Most tickets are non-refundable unless specified otherwise before purchase.
  • Processing Time: Processing time depends on the respective airlines and may take several weeks.
  • Cancellation Fee: Fees for each leg may apply based on the airline’s policy.

2.5 E-Books and Digital Products

  • Refund Eligibility: E-books and other digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed unless a technical issue prevents usage.
  • Processing Time: N/A for non-refundable products.

2.6 Visa Assistance Services

  • Refund Eligibility: Visa assistance fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective embassy or consulate.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are not applicable.

3. Important Notes

3.1 Documentation: Refund requests must include the original booking confirmation, payment receipt, and any correspondence related to the request.

3.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made with the customer.

3.3 Non-Refundable Products: For air tickets, hotel bookings, and other services labeled as non-refundable, no refund will be issued, even in case of cancellation. This will be clearly mentioned before purchase.

3.4 Force Majeure: Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, pandemics, or political disruptions.

3.5 Service Charges: FlynextTrip’s service charges are non-refundable.
